| 摘 要： | 隐性教育是相对于显性教育而言的,通过对隐性教育内涵及其特点的探析,揭示出新时期在我国思想政治教育中实施隐性教育的必要性,进而提出实施隐性思想政治教育的具体途径。这对于加强新时期思想政治教育效果,满足社会发展的需要,促进人自身的全面发展都具有十分重要的现实意义。
