Abstract:In classroom teaching, it is significant for a teacher to listen to his students patiently. Teacher's listening to his students indicates respecting their individuality, promoting birth of their wonderful ideas and teacher's professional development, and furthermore helping to develop the democratic classroom culture. Proper listening strategies are crucial to teachers.
