摘    要:提高教育质量已成为当前我国高等教育改革发展中最为紧迫的任务。福建省教育厅制定和实施的系列评估体系和实施方案,从评价目标的导向性、评价方法的科学性、评价结果的有效性等方面保障了评估活动顺利展开,取得了积极成效,具有先行先试的改革锐气。同时,该省高校专业办学水平评估还需要高校自身的主动诉求和外在行动相配合,增强质量主体意识,真正把高等教育内涵发展建设落到实处。

Abstract:At present, to improve the quality of education has become the most urgent task in higher education in China. The Education Department of Fujian Province develops and implements a series of e valuation system and implemental programs, and the smooth conduct of evaluation activities is guaranteed by oriented evaluation target, scientific evaluation method and effective evaluation results and the evaluation has made good achievements. Even though, in order to put higher education connotation development into effect, the evaluation in Fujian needs the coordination of the active demand of universities and external ac tions, and strengthen quality consciousness
