| 摘 要： | 德治与法治的关系众说纷纭,而从经济学的成本-收益理论的角度看,在我国社会主义初级阶段的特殊国情下,两者的最终价值追求即社会收益是相同的,即社会安定,经济繁荣,国家强盛.在此前提下,德治成本小于法治成本.所以我们在坚持依法治国,建设社会主义法治强国的同时,要坚持与以德治国相结合,充分发挥德治的优势,节约社会成本,实现社会收益的最大化.

| Abstract: | There are many ideas about the relationship between ruling by virtue and governing by law. Under the special situation of the preliminary stage of socialism, the final pursue of worth is same: stability economy prosper, nation strong, under this premise, the cost of ruling by virtue is less than that of governing by law, so we should combine ruling by virtue and governing by law especially develop the superiority of ruling by virtue fully, economic the society cost, make the society profit the most. |
