| 摘 要： | 就业问题是社会关注的热点问题,也是大学生需要面临和解决的问题。大学生做好职业生涯规划,对于提升自身的就业能力,有十分重要的作用。因此,大学生要正视自我、熟悉环境、正确抉择,制定提升就业能力的对策,做到有针对性、有计划、有步骤地提高自身就业能力,积极规划自己的未来,才能增强就业竞争力,实现自身价值和社会价值。

| Abstract: | Employment is a hot issue of social concern, and it is also a problem that college students need to face and solve. College students’ career planning plays an important role in improving their employabilities. Therefore, college students should face up to themselves, be familiar with the environment, make correct choices, formulate countermeasures to improve their employabilities, and plan their own future in a targeted, planned and step-by-step way, so as to enhance their employabilities and realize their own value and social value. |
