| 摘 要： | 地方高职院校在非物质文化遗产传承人才培养中应凸显其使命与任务。以国家级"非遗"客家花朝戏的传承为例,地方高职院校应主动承担地方戏曲表演传承人才培养的使命与责任,制定切实有效的花朝戏表演传承人才培养方案,采用集体传承的方式,鼓励花朝戏在传承与创新中求发展,重视花朝戏师资力量的培养,加强校企合作实训基地的建设。

| Abstract: | Local higher vocational colleges highlight their missions and tasks in the talent training for intangible cultural heritage inheritance. Taking Huachao Opera, a state-level intangible cultural heritage, as an example, group inheritance is applied in local vocational colleges. Local higher vocational colleges should take the responsibility of talents training, formulate the training programs for the inheritance of Huachao Opera, encourage the inheritance and innovation of Huachao Opera, emphasize the training of teachers for Huachao Opera, and strengthen the construction of university-enterprise cooperation training base. |
