| 摘 要： | 动机是指人们从事某种行为的念头，属于意识范畴。大学生 入党动机的产生和发展，受复杂的外界因素的影响和内因的驱动，当前明显存在功利化的倾 向，影响到对党的事业的始终不渝的追求。高校党组织必须从外因、内因上找出根源，施以 有针对性的教育。

| Abstract: | Motive, which is classified into the category of consciousness, refers to people's intention to take action. The emergence and development of college students' motives for joining the Party are subject to the complicated o utsi de influence and inner causes. There exist various impure motives, including pursuing material gains, which interfere with people's consistent adherence to t he cause of our party. The sources of these impure motives must be analysed from extern al causes and internal causes and countermeasures must be carried out accordingly. |
