| 摘 要： | 选用切花叶作为外植体,消毒6分钟就可基本无污染,且菊花和玫瑰愈伤组织的诱导率较高,分别为60％和47.5％。另外,还强调了6-BA必须单独灭菌后再添加。

| Abstract: | In this paper, induction of callus was formed when the leaf of cut flowers sterilized in 0. 1% HgCl_2 for 6minutes was cultured on MS medium supplemented with NAA and 6 - BA. The efficiencies of callus induction were60% and 47.5% respectively for Dendranthema morifolium and Rosa rugosa Thunb. The author of the paper empha-sizes here that 6 - BA is sterilized by it's own before added to the medium. |
