| Abstract: | The mountainous area in northwest Taizhou is a backward area of the city in economic develop-ment. It is backward in ideas, unfavorable in environment, and weak in the infrastructure of economyand education. In order to quicken the steps of development of its economy, it is imperative to make big-ger efforts to change the ideas, to provide more input, to readjust the economic structure, and tostrengthen the aid of the developed areas suited to its needs. |
