提高大学生口才能力的几个有效途径

基于大学毕业生普遍缺乏有效的口头沟通能力的现状，文章指出学校重知识传播轻思考表达的教育模式是造成学生不善交流的根本原因。认为提高大学生口才能力的有效途径主要有：开设面向全体学生的口才训练课程；任课教师将口才能力的训练寓于课堂教学过程中；丰富大学校园文化活动，使他们在参与多种活动中迅速提升口才能力。

The effective way to improve the students eloquence

This article points out that the lack of oral communication abilities among most college graduates is caused by the teaching mode in colleges which lay stress much more on the transmission of knowledge than the expression of ideas.It believes that the effective ways of improving the ability of the students’ oral communication are as follows:Oral training courses should be offered to all the students;a great importance should be attached to students’ oral ability through the whole process of classroom teaching;campus cultural life should be enriched.Only by this means could the students’ oral ability be greatly strengthened while participating different kinds of activities.
