兔膝半月板滑膜被覆的组织学、组织化学及超微结构的研究

摘    要:本文通过20支兔膝关节半月板的组织学、组织化学和特染(VG.Mal-lory,Weigert,PMF,PAS,AB,PAS-AB,Feulgen,VonKossaXiGomori等法)以及超微结构(TEM,SEM),对被覆半月板表面的薄层组织结构性质进行研究,较有说服力地证实为滑膜组织。为长期以来认为半月板有滑膜被覆(但遭到有些学者反对)和运动医学界(含矫形外科)对半月板损伤不需作手术切除,有自行愈合可能等提供形态学理论依据。

Abstract:The authors studied the quality of the thin histological structure on the surface on meniscus,through a histological and histochemical and special chromosome study of 20 rabbits' meniscuses and super-micro structure,which strongly verified that the covering is synovial membrane- It can provide morphological theoretical basis for the long-existing belief that meniscus is covered by synovial membrane and that there is n0 need to cut off meniscus when it is injured.
