摘    要:哈贝马斯以资产阶级公众领域的结构为对象,将这一结构的运作规则概括为:平等交往、关注世俗、公开讨论.哈贝马斯的公共领域是介于公共权力领域与私人领域之间的一块中间地带,其开放特性给了所有人同样的进入机会,从而不受束缚地协商,自由地发表意见,结果是某种接近于公众舆论的东西在其中成型了,公共领域的文学和政治功能也因此有了发挥的载体.

Abstract:Habermas takes the structure of bourgeoisie public sphere as the object and generalizes the operation rules of the structure as follows: equal communication,secular concern and public discussion.Habermas public sphere is an intermediate zone between public rights domain and private rights domain,the special openness nature offers an equal accessing opportunity for public to negotiate unrestrainedly and express ideas freely.Therefore,something similar to public opinions comes into being,and the literature and political function of public sphere has the carrier to play.
