| 摘 要： | 建设高效率的证券交易系统,是上海成为国际金融中心的必要条件。本文首先总结了国外证券交易系统的发展动态和上海证券交易系统的建设成就;然后,从交易处理系统、交易系统后台、网络设施以及市场参与者这4个方面,对上交所新一代交易系统与国外先进交易系统进行了比较;最后,提出了优化上海证券交易系统的若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | It is proved by international experience that a world-class stock exchange is the core part of an international financial center,and a top trading system is the core part of a world-class stock exchange.So does it in Shanghai.After overviewing the development trends of foreign stock trading systems and the construction achievements of the trading system of Shanghai Stock Exchange(SSE),this paper evaluates the gap between the trading system of SSE and the advanced foreign ones from the following four aspects: transaction processing system,trading system background,network facilities,and market participants.And finally,several strategic suggestions are proposed to better the stock trading system of Shanghai. |
