| 摘 要： | 文章对河南省循环农业发展存在的政府责任问题进行了系统分析,试图从政府视角解析推动河南省循环农业发展的责任分担。阐述了促进河南省循环农业持续发展中的政府责任部分缺失与不到位问题,并对政府履行所承担的相关责任提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of government responsibility for circular agriculture in Henan Province is elaborated in the paper.From the government perspective,the responsibility is analyzed for promoting the development of circular agriculture,such as,the law system is not perfect,the market supervision is not fulfilled.Finally,several suggestions about performing the relevant responsibility of government are put forward. |
