| 摘 要： | 死刑复核程序作为《刑事诉讼法》专章规定的一项特别程序，在保障正确适用死刑、纠正和防止发生失误方面发挥了重大作用。然而，在立法和司法实践中，这一程序仍然存在许多明显的问题有待于进一步研究和完善。本文试就其中存在的有关问题进行粗浅的分析和探讨。
