我国高等教育层次结构的模糊性及其分析

为科学认识我国高校各层次的衔接与发展规律，对我国高校层次变化的量变与质变，特别是量变进行了分析。阐述了本科院校办专科，专科院校办本科的优劣及高校层次交叉的表现及特征，提出高校层次结构的模糊性是高校发展的必然，关键是“模糊”应有利于高校的发展，有利于人才的培养，有利于人才的后继教育，进而提出优化教育层次结构的设想。

The Layer Structure of Higher Education in China: Its Fuzziness and Analysis

To better understand the law of connection and development in the different layers in the institution of higher learning, an analysis is made of the changes in the various layers in terms of both quantity and quality. It is suggested that the fuzziness in the layer structure is an inevitable selection for the development of the school.
