基于条件价值法的泉州市居民休闲时间价值评估

摘    要:文章在分析泉州居民休闲特征的基础上,将休闲时间价值分为使用价值与非使用价值两部分,分别采用影子价值法及条件价值法进行评估。研究发现,受地方社会经济现状、休闲理念及休假制度影响,泉州市居民呈现出休闲时间偏少、休闲活动质量偏低、休闲时间价值高的特征。泉州市居民年总体休闲时间742小时左右,节假日休闲时间利用呈现出与周末及工作日较大的差异;居民主要的休闲活动为宅在家中、社交活动、购物娱乐,节假日旅游度假活动大幅增加;人均支付意愿为85.94元/小时,支付意愿率为69.4%;2013年泉州市居民休闲时间总价值4446.68亿元,人均5.37万元,休闲时间非使用价值高于其使用价值。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the feature s of leisure time of Quanzhou citizens, this paper divides leisure time into in-use value and non-use value. And Shadow Pricing Method and Contingent Value Method are applied separately to assess leisure time value of Quanzhou citizens. According to the research, influ-enced by social economic status, concept of leisure and vacation system, Quanzhou citizens have very less leisure time, which is always accompanied with low quality and high payment. The average leisure time of Quanzhou citizens is about 742 hours per year, leisure time utilization structure in holidays presents signifi-cantly difference with that in workdays and weekends. The major leisure activities are cozy at home, social activities, shopping and recreation while travel activities are greatly increased during holidays. The average leisure purchase willingness is 85.94 RMB per hour per capita and average purchase willingness rate is 69.4%. In 2013, the total leisure time value of Quanzhou citizens is 444.668 billion RMB with 53,700 RMB per capita and the non-use value is much higher than in-use value.
