农村城市化中农民工的问题

民工问题指的是发展中国家在工业化加速时期，伴随产业结构的工业化、社会生活的城市化、资源配置方式的市场化，相应发生的大规模的农业劳动力向现代产业转移的问题。农民进城，在改善农民自身生活状况的同时，也给城市的经济繁荣产生了积极的影响，但同时也产生了许多的社会问题。一方面要充分利用农民流动的积极效应和有益之处，加速社会经济的发展和社会进步；另一方面又要尽力削弱和抑制农民流动日益显露的弊端，以推动经济社会的更快发展。
