| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代档案人员需要具备良好的政治素质、职业道德素质、业务素质和身心素质.为适应时代发展的要求,我们应着力加强档案部门硬件建设的同时,倡导和形成档案人员的终身学习制度,制定单位档案人员的层级发展机制,促进人员结构的合理配置.
