高等师范院校应开设职业指导课

初、高中毕业生对社会知之甚少，职业意识淡薄。帮助他们在成千上万种职业中，求得与其能力、素质、性格等特点相适合的职业，将社会需要与个人求职意愿结合起来是一项很重要的工作。发达资本主义国家在本世纪初就产生了职业指导这项工作，而我国由于诸种原因，职业指导发展缓慢。改革开放以来，我国所有制结构和产业结构发生很大变化，更需要有懂得职业指导理论的人来帮助学生成为适合社会需要的人才。因此，职业指导人员的培养也理所当然地成为高等师范院校的任务。高等师范院校开设职业指导是顺理成章的。

Consultative Course on Job Seeking Should be Offered in Normal College

Students graduated from secondary schools get little knowledge of the society, also have no consciousness of job. It is an important work to help them to get a job which is suitable for the distinguishing feature of their ability, quality nature and etc. It is also an important to combine the need of society with the individual desire for job. At the turn of the century, consultation on job seeking emerged in developed capitalist countries. In our country, however, development on job consultation has been slow. Since implementation of reformpolicy, the system of ownership and industrial structure both have had great changes and it is in more need of the people who has knowledge of theory of job consultation and who can help students to become the people of competence which suited for the needs of society. To train the job consultants should be a necessary task in normal colleges, thus, a course on job consultation is natural product of the concept.
