| 摘 要： | 当前语言混乱势头有所发展，生造词、洋泾浜、外国话，在大众传媒上大肆泛滥。对于语言文字违法现象，缺乏应有的约束和制裁。语言是一种复杂的社会文化现象，语言创新，势所必然，但须审慎；刻意生造，只会造成语言污染，妨碍全民的交际和历史文化传承。

| Abstract: | The 21^st century has seen an abuse of language in the mass media full of ridiculous borrowings of various kinds. It is true that language is a complicated social and cultural phenomenon, but there should be some restraint in coinages and usages because the abuse of a language will hinder the smooth communication of the people and the inheritance of their history and culture. |
