| 摘 要： | 文章认为我国图书馆发展存在许多不平衡,人们较为关注的多为物质、技术层面的不平衡,如经费、馆舍、藏书、设备等,而对思想、观念、制度层面的不平衡关注不够,认为应更多关注这种文化内层的不平衡,以全面实现图书馆的现代化发展。

| Abstract: | The article holds that there are much unbalance in the library development in China and people are paying more attention to the unbalance on material and teehuical level, such as fundings, buildings, equipments, etc, however, the unbalance on the ideas, concepts, systems level are being paid little attention to and the author believes that we should pay more attention to this unbalance on culture, in order to fully realize the library modernization development. |
