| 摘 要： | 网球职业化发展是国际网球运动发展的趋势,也是振奋社会精神、拉动经济增长、满足社会民众参与热情的基本社会诉求.随着网球运动的日益推广,我国网球竞赛体制壁垒、社会人文精神匮乏、职业化运作程度较低、运动成本过高的问题日益凸显,进行有针对性的体制机制创新,增强网球运动社会人文精神,开发网球市场,完善基础设施是解决上诉问题的关键.

| Abstract: | Tennis career development is the trend of international tennis development, but also inspire the spirit of society, stimulate economic growth, meet the basic social demands of the community enthusiasm of the people. With the promotion of tennis, tennis competitions of institutional barriers, lack of social and human spirit, a low level of professionalism of operation, the movement has become increasingly prominent problem of high cost, targeted institutional innovation, enhance social tennis humanistic spirit , tennis market development, improvement of infrastructure is the key to solving the issue on appeal. |
