摘    要:我国职业教育人才培养模式应当以"校企合作的工学结合"作为完整的改革目标.需要说明的是,促进"校企合作"与推动"工学结合"并非同义反复,而是代表了改革必经的两个阶段.前者重点在于整合校、企双方的教学资源,后者重点在于整合课堂与工作两种学习情境,同时在具体实施中,不同阶段应分别采取相应的策略.
