| 摘 要： | 加州理工学院以其突出的科学成就享誉世界,学校发展一直以"小而精"著称.本文对加州理工"小而精"的定位与特色进行了事实分析,从历史事实中探寻"小而精"理念的形成并分析了这一理念支配下的发展策略.文章进一步出提,在建设世界一流大学的今天,大学必须准确定位,保持并发展特色.

This paper provides a factual analysis of its establishment and characteristics, the formation of the small-but-excellent notion in its historical development, and the strategies for development under this notion. It points out that each university should keep its own unique position and characteristics. |
