| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的核心是科技,关键因素是人才,经济的增长主要取决于知识和信息的运用与创新,对于知识密集型组织,知识管理是信息时代的有力武器.而高校实验室,学术界却很少就其知识管理的实施进行探讨,因此,本文从内涵出发,论述知识管理在高校实验教学中的应用.

| Abstract: | The core of knowledge economy era is science and technology,while the key factor is the talent.The growth of Economic depends primarily on the information and knowledge innovation.Knowledge Management is a powerful weapon in information era for Knowledge-intensive organizations.However,in college laboratory,only a few academic discussion of Knowledge Management were done.Starting from the connotation,this paper discusses the application of knowledge management in college experimental teaching. |
