| 摘 要： | 分析了目前我国水文仪器科研体制存在的弊端和改革的必要性,我国水文仪器研制要想取得突破性进展,必须改变目前水文仪器科研机构小而散的管理体制,进行强强联合,实行规模化生产,走市场化道路.
