| Abstract: | By means of making a comparison between our judges' qualification acquisition system and relevant stipulations of other countries,we find that in the stipulations for judges' qualification and ways to choose and appoint judges in our country's current legislation there are defects such as the requirement for judges' qualification's being too low,choosing and appointing methods' being unscientific and the stipulations' being unable to guarantee judicial independence,etc.Therefore,our country's current judges' qualification acquisition system must be reformed. |
