| 摘 要： | 人的情感对人具有能动作用，关术教育的效果与学生的情感投入有很大关系。美术新课程标准注重学生情商培养是贯彻教育“以人为本”思想的具体行动。实践证明，教师要善于发现学生的闪光点，激励和帮助学生不断实现自己的每一个目标的“成功教育”是提高学生情商的有效手段。
