建筑设计企业可持续发展模式及对中国启示

本文论述了欧美以及日本的建筑设计企业的可持续发展模式,认为该模式是这些企业发展壮大的关键因素。文章从三个方面进行了分析：欧美日建筑设计企业组织结构的可持续性;欧美日建筑设计企业业务和市场细分的可持续性;欧美日建筑设计企业发展战略的可持续性,并在此基础上对中国的同类企业提出相关建议。

The Sustainable Development Model of Architectural Design Corporation and it's Inspiration for China

This paper analyzes the sustainable development model of the architectural design corporation of Europe, the US-A, and Japan. This paper holds the argue that the sustainable development model is the key reason why the corporations in these areas can develop well. The analysis can be divided into three parts： first, the sustainability of the structure of the architectural design corporation in these areas. Second, the sustainability of their division of business fields and the world markets. Third, the sustainability of their strategy. At last, this paper gives some advices for China’s architectural design corporation on the basis of the analysis.
