软岩巷道支护探索与实践

摘    要:淮南潘一矿东二13槽岩石轨道下山属典型的软岩层巷道,采用单一高强度U型棚支护存在巷道变形快,不能有效地维护巷道;采用架、锚注联合支护方式替代原有单一的架U型棚支护的方式,增强巷道支护强度,降低了巷道返修率,保证了采区的正常生产接替和通风运输安全。

Abstract:The downstairs rock track in the second area of the esatern part of No.1 Coal Mine of Panji is the typical soft rock laneway. Using the single and high strength U cote to protect may make the laneway transmute quickly, and could not protect the laneway effectively. By using the combination of frame and anchor to protect could improve the intensity of laneway protection. As a result, using this way reduce the rate of overhauling, and could ensure the well-balanced production and the safety of draught and transportation.
