青年自组织生成的心理动因初探

青年自组织是当今社会青年需求多样化、青年群体组成形式多样化的产物，也是社会发展不容忽视的一种力量，其形成与发展，受制于外在的社会环境因素，更有其内在的心理驱动。文章在阐述了青年自组织种种表现形态的基础上，多视角探析其生成的心理动因，并提出规范、引导青年自组织健康发展的对策。

On Psychological Motivation of Youth Self-organizations' Generation

Youth self-organizations are results of youth＇s diverse demand and youth groups＇ various organization forms. They play an important role in social development. Their generation and development not only have external socio-environmental factors, but also have inherent psychological drives. The article explains the various manifestations of youth self-organizations. And on this basis, it explores psychological motivation of youth self-organizations＇ generation on multi-perspective. Then it puts forward suggestions to regulate and guide the healthy development of youth self-organizations.
