| Abstract: | In the article,the author introduces the Rand Study and emphasizes the factors which influence the process and the continuance of the curriculum reform. These factors include the motivation,the strategies of the program implementation,leaders,the characteristics of teacher. Based on analyses above,the author proposes some countermeasures for teacher development in current curriculum reform. |
