| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本，坚持全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观，有利于推进管理创新。本文首先对科学发展观与管理创新的含义进行界定，然后分析了二者的内在联系，最后指出了利用科学发展观推进管理创新的方向。

| Abstract: | One of the important issues of setting up all-round, balanced, sustainable, humanistic scientific development view is the management innovation. Therefore, this article deals with the inherent connection between the scientific development view and management innovation after defining them. At last the author put forwards some suggestion about management innovation under the case of sticking to the scientific development view. |
