| 摘 要： | 分层不明、层次不清、定位不准是造成我国高等院校数量快速上升而质量下降的重要原因.相应地,人才培养势必出现知识结构雷同的情况.要提高高等教育质量,必须进行分层.明确区分各高校所处的不同层次,使各高校在不同层次合理定位,展现自身的特色和个性,避免同质化.

| Abstract: | The indecisive stratification , indistinct administrative levels and inaccurate orientation are the main causes that make the number of colleges and universities increase quickly but the educational quality decline. The talent training accordingly appears identical knowledge structure . In order to improve the quality of higher education, we must differentiate definitely various administrative levels of each college, orientate them reasonably , exhibit their features and individuality, and avoid homogeneity. |
