| 摘 要： | 以354名东乡族中学生为被试，采用问卷调查法，考察其个性、自我及适应的发展特点，并探讨个性、自我及适应之间的关系。结果发现：（1）在个性各因素上不存在年级的显著差异，男生比女生更喜欢冒险，也比女生独立；（2）除情绪自我外，不同年级在自我其它各因素上没有显著差异，男生在自我认知和自我评价方面比女生积极；（3）在适应各因素上不存在年级的显著差异，男生在生理适应方面比女生要好；（4）个性中的意志、内外倾、乐观—悲观、独立和责任，以及自我中的自我认知和自我评价，对适应有显著的预测作用。
