摘    要:深入地研究企业技术创新能力,对处于经济全球化和激烈竞争中的企业来说具有重要的现实意义。针对部分权重信息、且属性值为三角模糊数的企业技术创新能力决策问题,采用逼近理想点法进行排序和择优。最后通过实例验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,为企业技术创新能力评价比较提供了有效途径。

Abstract:It has vital practical significance to study the technological innovation ability thoroughly for the enterprises which are in economical globalization and steep competition.This paper directs at enterprise technological innovation ability decision-making question,which with partial weight information and triangular fuzzy numbers attribute values.It uses TOPSIS method to array and select the best.Finally,a instance has confirmed the feasibility and validity of this model.It also provides a effective way for enterprise technological innovation ability evaluation and comparison.
