| 摘 要： | 一、新课改背景下中小学教师必须具备的职业技能 教师职业技能是经过反复练习形成的自动化、完善化的教育教学行为系统.它既不同于教师的思想道德素质,也不同于其业务知识和教育能力,教师的思想品德、业务知识和教育能力只有通过教师职业技能才能作用于教育对象,产生实际的教育影响.如果缺乏必要的职业技能,教师的思想品德、知识和能力就无法传授给学生,教育也就成为一句空话,无法真正得以实现.基础教育改革对教师的基本职业技能提出了更高的要求,教师只有具备适应新课改要求的技能结构,才能成功地完成教学任务,实现教学目标,确保新课改的顺利开展.
