| Abstract: | The performance characteristics of semiconductor refrigeration system are studied by using the theory of non-equilibrium thermodynamics and finite-time thermodynamics. A general expression of the efficiency of the semiconductor refrigeration system is derived. The maximum efficiency of the semiconductor refrigeration system and the optimal condition are represented. Some new significant conclusions are obtained. |
