| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,系统分析了近几年我国女子中长跑成绩演变的规律.研究结果表明,我国女子中长跑成绩在过去8年,经过发展、提高和下降的过程,成绩运行轨迹呈锯齿状,并呈现出以全运会为周期跳动式前进的特点,并在此基础上,分析我国女子中长跑成绩演变规律的原因.

| Abstract: | Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis and statistic analysis,this study explored and analyzed principles of the evolvement of scores of the woman's middle-distance race in china in past eight years.The results of this study indicated that the scores of the woman's middle-distance race in china in past eight years has undergone the process of the development,increase and decrease;the move locus of performance is serrated in shape and is characterized by leaping forward based on the cycle of the National Games.On this basis,the paper analyses some reasons about performance development principles of woman's middle-distance race in China. |
