“5Q.8S”在建筑专业实训教学管理中的应用

摘    要:"5Q.8S"实训教学管理模式主要借鉴了企业6S管理模式——"整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全",在此基础上,根据中职建筑专业实训教学的特点,又提出了"节约(Save)"和学习(Study)两个要求,同时还纳入了实训教学管理的五个目标,即形成了"5Q.8S"实训教学管理模式。文章主要通过"5Q.8S"实施的意义、步骤、内涵三个方面,阐述该模式在实训教学管理中的实际应用,从而为中职学校如何加快从"学生"到"职业人"的角色转换提供借鉴。

Abstract:"5Q.8S" which is a practical teaching management pattern mainly draws on the experience of 6S pat-tern for enterprise management which includes SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUCK, and SECURITY. On the basis of this and considering the characteristics of practical teaching management of the Construction Major in vocational schools, SAFE and STUDY are put forward as two more requests. Meanwhile, with the Five Goals of practical teaching management, there emerges the "5Q.8S" Practical Teaching Management Pattern. This paper mainly discusses the application of "5Q.8S" in the practical teaching management from the aspects of its signifi-cance, procedures and connotation, thus providing experience for the role switch from students to professionals in vo-cational schools.
