构建促进教师专业发展的和谐学校文化策略

摘    要:和谐的学校文化是教师的专业发展的基础和发展的深层次条件。本文从培育具有自身特色的学校文化、构建以人为本的制度文化和构建立足于课堂教学的行动文化等三个途径阐述构建促进教师专业发展的和谐学校文化策略,以共同的价值观引领教师专业发展,确保教师专业化建设的经常化,在教学活动中提升教师专业素养。

Abstract:Harmonious school culture is the base and the condition of the teachers' professional development. The essay states how to construct the harmonious school culture strategy for advancing the teachers' professional de-velopment by cultivating the school culture with its own characteristics and structuring institutional people-oriented culture and action culture based on classroom teaching, so that the teachers' professional development can be guided by common values, the regular practice of the teachers' professional construction can he ensured and the teachers' professional literacy can he enhanced in the teaching activities.
