福州市公立幼儿园教师职业倦怠研究

摘    要:本研究随机抽取福州市公立幼儿园84名教师为被试,结合幼儿教师职业倦怠问卷调查表与访谈法进行研究,调查发现:(1)职称三级、二级教师在情感耗竭维度显著高于小中高教师,职称三级、二级教师在职业怠慢维度上显著高于职称一级、高级和小中高教师。(2)从幼儿园类型来看,丙级幼儿园的教师在职业怠慢维度上显著高于甲级幼儿园、市示范幼儿园和省示范幼儿园。在调查问卷的基础上,讨论改善的策略与方法。

Abstract:Participants were 84 teachers randomly selected from public kindergartens in Fuzhou. The research methods include the Job Burnout Questionnaire of Kindergarten Teachers and interviews. The results indicate that teachers with tertiary and secondary positional titles got significantly higher scores in emotional exhaustion dimension than senior teachers, and higher in the dimension of professional job burnout than those with higher grades of title in professional levels. The study also found that teachers in Class-C kindergartens exhibit significantly higher professional negligence dimension than those from Class-A kindergartens and municipal and provincial model kindergartens. Improvement strategies and methods have been discussed on the basis of the questionnaire.
