摘    要:文章突出引述了师生权益共进教育观、突破现状理念、"教学自觉"意识、"教师善德"师品、教学探路者以及"影响一个学生改变一个家庭"的教学责任观的论点,并对教学改革提出了4点新认识。

Abstract:This paper highlights the rights for education of teachers and students, the breaking of the status quo, "the concept of teaching consciousness", "teacher's virtue", teaching explorers and the teaching responsibility view point of " influencing a student, changing a family", and puts forward four new suggestions for teaching reform.
