| 摘 要： | 近年来贵州省高校青年志愿活动取得长足进步,2004年提出的"春晖行动"更是花开贵州香满全国。但是在彼此的探索发展中都曾遇到过很多问题与瓶颈,本文试图通过对两者的多角度分析,探讨如何更加有效的促进志愿服务与"春晖行动"在贵州高校的运行与发展。
