| 摘 要： | 成人高等体育教育伴随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立与国内外教育环境的变化,面临着社会的、经济的、科技的、体制的、教育质量与管理等方面的挑战,因此必须加大改革力度,以社会需求为导向,以学习者为中心,创建形式多样的办学模式,为社会培养大批的体育专用人才。

| Abstract: | With the foundation of socialism market-oriented economy system and the changes of education environment at home and abroad,Chinese higher adult education is facing the social,economic,scientific and systematic challenges.Therefore,the education reform must be enhanced with the social demand as the direction and the learners as the center.Several of models of higher education management should be constructed so as to cultivate sports talents for the society. |
