| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式既有普遍性,又有特殊性。民办高校在遵循高校人才培养普遍性规律的基础上,应根据自身定位和民办高校特点,构建人才培养模式。民办高校创新人才培养模式,应该遵循效率性、适应性、多样性、兼容性、阶段性、灵活性、创新性、发展性等基本原则。

| Abstract: | As far as men of ability training mode is concerned,it has popular nature,as well as special nature.On the foundation of following popular and special principle for training men of ability,the civilian-run Colleges and universities should according to their own features set up training mode by following the basic principles,such as effective nature,adaptive nature,various nature,concurrent nature,step nature,vivid nature,innovation nature,and developing nature,etc. |
