| 摘 要： | 国家创新的关键在于人才，人才成长的关键在于教育。文章指出，在新经济形势下，高等教育自学考试社会助学中同样能培养出创新型人才，在此基础上，提出高等教育自学考试社会助学如何培养现代社会创新型人才的途径。

| Abstract: | The key of innovation of one country lies in tanlents,similarly,the key of growing-up one talent exists in education.The paper refers to classes running by non-state/private HEIs for students preparing for state-administered examinations for self-directed learners also can cultivate the innovative persons.Meanwhile it also brings forward the ways that we cultivate innovative talent in modern society. |
