| 摘 要： | INTRODUCTION The advent of phacoemulsification, foldableintraocular lenses (IOLs), and improved incisiondesigns has decreased the incidence and extent ofsurgically induced astigmatism in cataract patients.Aproximately 15% to 20% of cataract patients,however, have more than 1.5 diopters (D) of kera-tometric astigmatism, refractive astigmatism, orboth (Hoffer, 1980).
