中小学教学改革实验70年的回顾与展望

摘    要:中华人民共和国成立70年来,我国中小学教学改革实验大体经历了五个历史阶段。既取得了值得学习继承的经验,也存在着一些需要注意的问题。未来中小学教学改革实验的发展大体呈现如下趋势:关怀人的发展,树立教学改革实验以学生为本的价值取向;凝练本土智慧,构建具有中国特色的教学改革实验话语体系;迈向科技化,实现人工智能与教学改革实验的深度融合。

Abstract:Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,the teaching reform experiments in primary and secondary schools in China has gone through five major historical stages:the stage of reference and reconstruction, the stage of twists and turns, the stage of recovery and exploration, the stage of vigorous development and the stage of science and technology integration.This paper summarizes the experience of the development of teaching reform experiments in primary and secondary schools in China over the past 70 years,which mainly includes keeping pace with the development of the times,setting up base on Chinese teaching practices,and integrating absorption and innovation.At the same time, there are also some problems worthy of consideration in the development of teaching reform experiments, such as the unstable value orientation, the insufficiency of the logical system, and the disconnection between practice and theoretical construction.Looking into to the future development of teaching reform experiments in primary and secondary schools in China, the following trends are generally presented: the enhancement of top-level design and the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, the summary of local wisdom and the construction of an experimental discourse system of teaching reform with Chinese characteristics, the advancement towards modernization and the in-depth integration of information technology and teaching reform experiments, and the deep promotion of the theory and practice of teaching reform experiments based on key competencies.
